I am a 49 year old African American woman who recently let my relaxer grow out because I was tired of relaxing my hair and all the damage that comes from that process. That was a VERY difficult task, since most women cut their relaxed hair off to go all natural but I don’t look good with very short hair, and I was afraid that I’d damage that little bit of hair through heat styling and wind up never being able to grow it out again. Instead I would get my “ends dusted” (slight trim) every three weeks and I did deep conditioners with heat weekly. During the process I had thick nappy roots and the rest was fragile relaxed hair. All of the relaxer is finally grown/cut out of my hair and its all natural now. Then….I was faced with, what do I do with this natural hair, it’s very thick and coarse and I found out that an afro is not a good look for me, I like wearing my hair styled straight. I’d blow dry and flat iron it straight but could never get it to be manageable, or stay that way, especially during the humid summer months. About 4 weeks ago my sister gave me a sample of this Alter EGO Nourishing Nova Care Intensive Nutri-Mask in a medicine bottle (enough for 3 uses). I washed my hair, put this conditioner in and left it on for 30mins. and rinsed it out. I immediately noticed my hair was a lot easier to comb through and after I blow dried it, the results were beautiful, my hair was soft and felt healthy and strong. After flat ironing it, it behaved like it did when it was relaxed, lots of body, very manageable and it holds its style very well now. I also noticed that my hair is no longer breaking like it was from the heat styling and trying to comb thru it while wet. I immediately searched for and ordered the product on Amazon. I love it!!!! I see that there is a shampoo and a leave in conditioner here on Amazon associated with this line and I intend to purchase them also. It’s a bit pricey but you get a huge bottle for the money making it well worth the cost for me. I love my hair again!!!!

I’m a nurse and have a lower-lumbar back injury that’s made 12 hour days at work very painful. My physical therapist said that they normally don’t recommend braces (because immobilizing one part of the spine can cause injury in other parts), but she said that if I had to get a brace for work, use this one. She was right: the ability to adjust the fit using the laces combined with the solid bracing in the back is ideal. I wear it comfortably during my work shifts and can adjust it easily. It protects my back from the lifting and relieves the pain of standing for so long. If you’re going to get a low-back brace, this is an excellent choice.

Does the job – weidspeed –
I had a back brace from this same manufacturer I bought for my son through his MD. While this brace is of the same construction, it is much smaller and doesn’t provide anywhere near the same support.
Pros: does the job of providing some back support at a very reasonable price. Shipping service was extremely fast. Fairly unobtrusive walking around with it on.
Cons: barely provides adequate lower back support. It has a narrow “sweet spot” on the back where it works. It often slips … and moves up and out of place, rendering no back support. With our other, lager model, it would remain in place and gave superior support.
Net, a good value and works well for minor back support.

I purchased this product because I’ve been using Olay Regenerist Daily Regenerating Serum – 1.7 fl oz for about a year and thought it made a difference in the smoothness of my skin. This product is a little richer, for night time use and has kind of a weird purple-ish color. Not sure why they added the color, but the cream feels good on my face and keeps it feeling moist all night. It doesn’t really get rid of existing wrinkles but hopefully it’ll delay the formation of new ones.

I’d prefer a product without fragrance. This has a light fragrance that seems to dissipate after a few minutes and it’s not really offensive. Still, I’d like to be able to order one without the fragrance. The Daily Regenerating Serum that I ordered this last time has a fragrance as well; I ordered it by mistake after using the fragrance-free version Olay Regenerist Daily Regenerating Serum, Concentrated Amino-Peptide Complex, Fragrance Free – 1.7 fl oz previously and really liked it. I’ll order the fragrance-free version when this one is gone.

I recently purchased this cream and I’ve only used it for a couple of days and I’m already very happy with it. It absorbs well and leaves your skin very soft without feeling greasy. I use it in combination with the Regenerist Eye Serum and the Microsculpting Serum and my skin looks very smooth and toned. I definitely plan on purchasing this cream again.

Although this cream seemed to moisturize well, it made my forehead break out in small red bumps that turned into white heads. I mean TONS of bumps. It was a pimply rash of about 50 white-heads. I washed my face and thank God the bumps went away in a day. I normally don’t react to creams this way. I would try a small amount to test it before use.
